Does coolerexpress accept phone orders? |

All ordering , are done directly online, no exceptions.
We do not accept phone order. All pricing quotes on products and shipping
are available on the website only. |

Does coolerexpress offer volume discounts? |

We do offer volume discount on some products. Most of those
discounted pricies are listed next to regular prices on product page. We
simply try to keep all prices as low as possible so not all products come
with valume discount. |

Approximately how long does it generally take to process
an order? |

It takes up to two business days for us to process an order
before shipping depending on the quantity of orders we received. Once the
order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by
the shipping method paid for and your parcel carrier's guidelines for delivery.
Coolereexpress will put forth our best efforts to succeed, however cannot
guarantee your order will ship the same day. |

If you did not receive a confirmation on the order however
successfully clicked the last submit button, most likely our server received
your order but communication back to your PC was interrupted. Please do
NOT replace the order on-line. If you do, you may end up with duplicate
orders and both being charged since we use an automatic computer system. |

facility where I can physically pick-up my merchandise? |

We do not have a store or will call facility. All orders
are placed on-line and shipped via trusted carriers (Fedex,UPS or USPS).
At this time, we have several warehouses in different locations that items
ship from. We would not be able to service customers in person. |

Shipping Info
Coolerexpress.com
ships mainly to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska and Hawaii (through 2nd
day air). Shipment to APO/FPO AE,AA,AP addresses is not acceptable. International order is welcome (Order must over $200 USD)
but only through special payment agreement (Paypal international or bank wired
transfer).
For ordering online at Coolerexpress.com, you must
have shipping address and credit card billing address both within the United
States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.(We
don't accept international credit card)
Estimated Shipping Cost - (not including
signature require)
- Shipping charge can be calculate by checking out, before
the page you pay you will see the shipping cost.
- Actual charge depends on exact weight, size, shipping
methods, and your distance from Ontario, CA.
- You will see the shipping cost before placing a firm order.
- You may change the shipping method and recalculate the
shipping charge on the secure order pages.
- Leave a note in the comment section of the order page
if you have any question about the shipping charge.
- Shipping cost as a percentage of the total order amount
goes down significantly with increasing total order amount. The more you
order, the more you save on shipping.
- Standard insurance coverage is $100.
Address correction charge -
**An address correction charge will be billed if a shipment
has an incorrect or incomplete address (examples include, P.O. Boxes, missing
suite or apartment numbers, old addresses, and missing/incorrect ZIP Codes
).
- Ground service: $10 per package
- Express service: $18 per package
Damage, Loss claim

Coolerexpress.com does not take any responsibility for
delays, loss, damage by FedEx or anyone else. If
your packages are damaged or lost, please contact Fedex and make
a claim. For detail please visit Fedex.com
or call Fedex at 1-800-GO-FEDEX.
For FedEx Express packages, the sender will receive the claim
settlement unless special arrangements are made. For FedEx Ground packages,
the claimant (either the sender, the recipient, or a third-party) will receive
the claim settlement.
Coolerexpress.com can help customers to claim loss and damage,
but not responsible for the result. Usually it takes 4-6 weeks to investigate
and send out claim settlement. Once coolerexpress.com receive claim settlement,
we will issue credit to your credit card account(as much as Fedex claim settlement).
Coolerexpress refuse to re-ship your order. If you would like to get the same
items or other items, please go to place another order.
- Standard insurance coverage is $100, so Max.
settlement amount will be $100 plus shipping(not including handling fee).

We accept Paypal, money order, cashier's check also, please
e-mail us to know detail. Please provide item(s) name/ quantity/zip

Purchase Orders
CoolerExpress.Com accepts purchase orders from government
offices and educational institutions. Payment terms are Net
15. Payments not received 15 days after the product is received will
accrue interest at 15.0% per annum or the maximum amount allowed by law.
Please fax the purchase order to 909-930-0266 and attention
Sale Dept.. We will contact you for confirmation after we receive your purchase
order.

Order status
We need 2 business days to process your order, as soon as
your order is ready to be shipped out, you will receive tracking number
through email. If your billing information doesn't match credit card company's
record, or your credit card can't go through, your order will be put on
hold, we will send an email to notify you. Your order will be cancelled
if we don't get response within 3 business days. If item is out of stock,
we will send an email to you also. Please make sure your email address is
correct.

- Changing or Canceling Your Order
After you have clicked "Send My Order," your order
begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order.
To change or cancel ($5 cancellation fee applied) your order prior to shipment,
you must call our Customer Service at 1-909-930-0039. Please note that most
orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes.
If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed
or canceled.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled
by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing your payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.
- Duplicate order was placed.
- Cancelled due to a customer request.($5 cancellation fee)

Return
/ Refund Policy
Coolerexpress.com pays return shipping charges to send merchandise
to customers via regular shipping method. Any other shipping arrangement
will cost extra(not refundable). Customer pays shipping charges to return
merchandise to Coolerexpress.com.
Report Order Problem
If your order is missing a product, contains a wrong item,
or other concern, please contact coolerexpress within 14 days from invoice
date by email us or request RMA number online. To expedite your request,
please have your order number available. We will always do our best to
accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
Warranty
- Limited 2 months(60 days) warranty from the date of order
for Power Supplies, Mice, Hubs, Card Readers, Keyboards, Adapter, Speakers,
Coolers, Phones and all computer accessories.
- Limited 180 days (6 months) warranty for External Enclosures.
- Limited 1 month(30 days) warranty from the date of order
for Computer Cases.
- All Internal Drives(Hard Drive, Optical Drive), Monitors,
Motherboards, CPUs, VGA cards carry manufacture warranty only.
- No refund or replacement are allowed for Memorys, VGA
cards, Motherboards, CPUs, Clear Acrylic ATX Case (CS-ClearBlue).
Exchange Policy(for
incorrect item received only)
If you would like to exchange an item for a different
one, please return the original item through our online Returns Center
(15% restocking fee) and place another order for the item you wish to
purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item
before placing the new order.
If your order contains a wrong item, please contact coolerexpress
within 14 days from invoice date by request RMA number online. We will
always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
- A copy of the Original receipt is required.
- No exchange accepted after 14 days from the invoice
date (NO EXCEPTION).
- Merchandise needs to be received by CoolerExpress within
10 working days from the date the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

packaging or in shipment, will void the warranty and be returned to
you non-exchanged. Any alteration to the product (i.e., removal, damage,

- Incomplete returns will not be accepted. All returns
must be complete with all original accessories, parts and packaging

- All returns without Return Authorization Number (RMA
Number) will be refused.
Repair Policy
- A copy of the Original receipt is required for warranty
repair service.
- You need to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number before sending the product back to us. All returns without
RMA number will be Refused.
- Product that arrives damaged in shipment, without an
RMA number, will be returned to you non-repaired. Products damaged through
neglect due to improper packaging or in shipment, will void the warranty
and be returned to you non-repaired. Any alteration to the product (i.e.,
removal, damage, or tampering of labels or seal, defacement of the product
or abuse) will void the warranty and be returned to you non-repaired.
- Customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges
to send the defective merchandise to CoolerExpress.com inc.
- CROSS-SHIPMENT: CoolerExpress will ship replacement product
before receiving the original defective unit if and only if the customer
agrees to pay for the replacement product in advance(refundable).Coolerexpress.com
pays return shipping charges to send merchandise to customers via regular
shipping method. Any other shipping arrangement will cost extra(not refundable).
Customer pays shipping charges to return merchandise to Coolerexpress.com.
The request must be made within 15 days from the date delivered by shipping
carrier .When the defective item is received, customer will be credited
for the the cross-shipped product. *If no defects are found after testing
the product, there will be a 15% restocking fee charged to the customer
. * A credit will be issued minus the 15% restocking fee. *
- Unless specified, all products sold by CoolerExpress
carry a manufacturer's warranty as outlined by the product's manufacturer.
CoolerExpress hereby gives notice to disclaim any and all product liabilities
arising from the sale of the product. Customer acknowledges that CoolerExpress
is only providing a service to handle any warranty claims against a manufacturer
and will not be held liable, tangible or non-tangible, for any warranty
loss or damage incurred by the customer.
Refund Policy
- The request must be made within 23 days from the invoice
date.
- A copy of the Original receipt is required.
- No refund accepted after 30 days from the invoice date
(NO EXCEPTION).
- Merchandise needs to be received by CoolerExpress within
10 working days from the date the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Number is issued, or by 30th day from invoice date.
- A 15% restocking fee is charged on all merchandise returned
for refund. Warranty replacement for defective product only.
- Restocking fee for free shipping item is $8.00 or 15% of item price, which is higher.
- S/H is not refundable
- Product that arrives damaged in shipment, without an
RMA number, will be returned to you non-repaired. Products damaged through
neglect due to improper packaging or in shipment, will void the warranty
